I looked up this girl I used to talk to a few years ago on myspace. Tell me why her mom has a page which is more active than the daughters. The girl is like 25 and the mom is I believe 42 or so and you can't tell her nothing. Her chunky ass is on there posing in little freakum dresses,doing bend overs and all kinds of foolishness.She has a younger son who is a teenager also on her page and I felt so bad for the clowning he must go through. High school kids live and breathe for myspace and everytime his friends go on there all you see is his mama posing like king magazine. I would be mortified if my mama was on the space period much less trying to get her groove back.My thing is if you old enough to have a kid who uses myspace YOU TOO OLD TO BE ON THERE!! thats like bumping into your daughter in the club, who does that?

The manager has a .....different way of doing things. One such change is today he told this guy whose vacation he approved weeks ago that other people wanted to go on vacation the same time as him and they needed to work it out between them.
Whhaa? Ain't nothing to work out, I asked for some days off, you said yes, end of story. I think it is a very bad idea to let the employees settle this themselves because if they are anything like me someone will get their feelings hurt.

That's how I roll. If you the boss you need to either acknowledge you can't do anything for that second employee or let them BOTH go on vaca but please don't send no one to negotiate with me cause I don't fight, I don't argue I just hit that bitch with a bottle. You agree with me right?
-A friend of the family is having trouble with her son who is like 14. He got beat up the other day and now she wants to send him to a private school. The thing is I know for a FACT that he didn't get beat up, he was jumped into a gang. He told me so. I want to tell his mom but all that will do is make him not tell me anything else. If I tell her the only thing she can do is move away but she broke as I don't know what so that's not an option either.I thought gangs was only in john singleton movies sigh... I guess I will tell her cause if he goes out in a hail of gunfire while throwing up the double U's I will feel like I could have stopped it.I was hoping since he thinks I'm cool I could kind of mentor him away from stupid decisions but its too late for that. Oh well, there goes my cool status with the kids

Okay momma on myspace is kinda creepy lol.. I think its fine for ppl of all ages to have myspace pages but when your on there posing inappropriately that's not cool at any age....You need to be manager nodays lol...He sounds lazy like he doesnt want to have responsibility that is part of his job... anyways you need to tell the boy's mother I mean this is major bad seriously major... I would hear about gangs all the time so i knew they were there where I lived and where I went to school(actually my high school was like something out of 90210 lol seriously kids had bmw's we had a page in our yearbook called the fast and the furious dedicated to cars of seniors; I went to a really good high school)anyways heyour little homie joined a gang and his life is in jeopardy everyday he goes outside and when he is at home him and his mother's.. because there will be enemies and rivals and people dont care that you have a family cause the gang is there family now!!! real talk!!! My question is why did he feel he needed to join a gang??? I hope you can mentor him out of this and find him counseling( cause there is a deeper issues here) and other services...Did he know what he was getting into and what the gang life entails?? drugs, death,murder, jail???? sorry to sound so dire but it the truth....

Ok funny story… I was eating dinner with my mom once, you QT mother daughter time. We were watching some game show and this chick comes on and I know here, she is one of my My Space friends. I go hey that’s so and so, she one of my My Space friends. Fast forward some days and I am saying something about another person who I met on My Sapce telling me something and my mom stops me and goes “Am I on My Space?”
I fell out laughing and then explained the concept to her. I think she thought it was like a social security number and everybody just had one. Anyway I am with you why are you on that if you gonna socialize on the same social network, can you at least have a mommy page and a freak mama page. I’d prefer you to just stick to what ever it was you did in your hay day you know party lines or personal ads.
I don’t refer to my managers as boss either. Imm a boss! *lol* I only recently stopped maybe 5-7 years ago, maybe its part of being a grown azz person. Who knows.
And that's why they pay him more money tell him to MANAGE the vacation debacle lazy azz mo'fo. Work it out amongst yourself. Imma work it out of somebody's azz if they try to take my days off!

She asked me about it one day, but I'm not too worried cause I still have to tell her the password for her to get into her email.
