how do you not show up to your own firing? sick kid at my job AT LEAST once a pay period calls out.but he rarely calls out for just one day he does at least 2 or 3.its to the point where they cant really assign him any project cause you have no idea when he will be there or not.well on monday they tell me hes getting fired on friday and i will be taking over his spot.i feel so weird cause hes my friend and there is a recession going on but if i tell him i could get myself fired so i just carry on.ON WEDNESDAY THIS DUDE CALLS OUT AGAIN!!!! i was like damn if he only knew hes messing up the last check hes gonna get for a while.HE CALLS OUT AGAIN THURSDAY!!!! he said hes going to the doctor cause hes been feeling so bad.before you think were monsters realize he calls out all the time,hence the name the name sick kid.FRIDAY HE CALLS OUT AGAIN!!!!!!!!!! this time he says he seems to have caught a stomach virus AND gotten dehydrated (wtf).at this point im ready to fire myself.not to be mean but the point of having an employee is to have someone there to work.if he gets sick so frequently he needs to be home in a bubble right?
